In 2009, Sue established Elevated Design Studio (EDS) as an architecture firm. Over time, she recognized the crucial need for clients to have dedicated representation throughout both the design and construction phases. Evolving from a practicing architect to an owner's representative, project manager, and construction manager, Sue ensured that the owner's interests remained paramount while aligning with their specifications, budget, and schedule. Sue's unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service garnered her a loyal clientele. As EDS expanded its scope, Sue aimed to strengthen the team with knowledgeable and client-focused leadership. In 2023, EDS transitioned to EDS Management, establishing an equal partnership among Sue, Matt, and Erin.
